Basic Requirements & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12
• Marketing and Technical qualifications preferable
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience in engineering/automation industry preferable
• Excellent computer skills required (MS Office)

Job Requirements

• To assist the Managing Director with his duties and administration and to handle queries externally (customers and suppliers) and internally (directors and staff) for and on behalf of MD.
• Travel arrangements – local and international
• Diary management
• Coordinating board meetings and general meetings including the preparation of minutes and action  lists
• Coordinating functions and events when necessary
• Drafting and typing of correspondence as required
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• All ad hoc administrative duties and personal administration for MD as required
